Who am i?

I’m Nikita, though most people know me as Niki

My journey into therapy wasn’t exactly planned. It grew from a genuine curiosity about people; why we think and feel the way we do, where our patterns come from, and what can help us move forward when we feel stuck.

Since 2018, I’ve worked across mental health and social care, supporting people through a wide range of experiences and challenges. Over time, I realised that what I valued most was having the space to really listen, look beyond what’s happening on the surface and help people understand themselves a little more deeply.

That’s what eventually led me to hypno-psychotherapy.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, recognise their strengths and discover what the best version of themselves means to them… rather than telling them who or what they should become.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

I work collaboratively and at your pace, drawing from talking therapy, hypnotherapy and different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels right for you.

You’ll always remain at the centre of our work. I’m not here to tell you what you should do or pretend to have all the answers. Instead, we’ll stay curious together and explore what’s going on beneath the surface, recognising your strengths and finding ways forward that feel meaningful to you.

Sometimes, it starts with simply having the space to understand yourself differently.
